When you receive your order form and the test code, you are ready to take the test. You can access the order form online. If the order delays, contact us.

 

You can get tested at any of our 4500 testing centers nationwide. Enter your location and you will get a list of centers near you. Find an STD center near you.

It is not a must you make an appointment. However, if you would like to take the test fast, you can call us for an appointment.

You will just be in the lab for a few minutes- typically less than 5. You just walk in, give the sample and walk out.

In case of any delays, you might have to wait because the center needs more time. However, you will still get tested.

Our testing centers test for many conditions and no one will know why you are there.

Our tests are based on urine and blood samples for accuracy purposes.

At the moment, we do not have free STD tests. We always strive to make the tests affordable and accessible.

If you are going for a urine test, avoid urinating an hour before the test. Generally, there are no specific preparations for the test.

There is a “pay later” option that allows you to get tested without paying. To get your results, you will have pay.

Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. This is to make sure that your medical information stays confidential.

It is possible to cancel an order any time before you visit the testing center.  You will get a refund without 20% for the cancellation. If the cancellation is 21 days after the order, you will get credit for a future test.
